Set in Bruce Wayne's fourth year as Batman. Gotham City is in chaos and the only thing we know is that it is caused because of Hugo Strange, a doctor who is causing in Gotham City. Batman will have to ally with Commissioner Gordon to end this once and for all. What they don't know is that Doctor Strange has some little help.
