Fan Casting Doctor Harleen Quinzel in Batman: The Mask of the Phantasm

A psychiatrist at Arkham Asylum with personality disorders and a childhood friend of Bruce who consults him and has an urequited crush on him. She truly believes in her patients' recovery and tries to help Bruce overcome Jason's death, even though she doesn't know Bruce is Batman. She was trained by Dr. Leslie Thompkins, who is out of town. After Bruce rejects her love, she suffers a mental breakdown and falls in love with the Joker, who manipulates her into escaping Arkham.
