After the death of Alberto Falcone, Batman is still spending his Long Halloween for a year now. Harvey Dent now having a split personality is suffering at the hands of the Falcone's and Maroni's. Soon becoming Two-Face, he enlists a few of Batman's rogue gallery to take his justice on the crime families.
