Kumiko Yokote is a Japanese voice actress and singer who works for Power Rise under the alias Hyo-sei. For adult works, she goes by the name Elena Kaibara. Hyo-sei released her first album titled Fuyu Hanabi on April 21, 2010.
Batman: The Killing Joke is an animated film that was animated by Warner Brothers Animation. The movie was released straight to DVD in 2016 and didn’t see a theatrical release. This possibly has something to do with the movie never getting a Japanese dub.
