Fan Casting "The Tinkerer" in Batman: The Killing Joke

Once the Joker, Harley Quinn, and Two-Face are all locked back up in Arkham Asylum, Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson go their seperate ways with Selina Kyle for the time being, with Bruce asking himself what ring he should get Selina. However, upon returning to the Batcave built underneath Wayne Manor, Alfred introduces him to a dark-skinned man currently operating on one of Bruce's Batsuits. Bruce asks Alfred who this is, and the man replies. "The name's Fox. Lucius Fox. I see you need help with these suits here, Bruce Wayne. Will you accept that offer?"
