Fan Casting The Firefly in Batman: The Joker's Revenge

For the longest time, the Lynns Dynasty has ruled Bludhaven for generations, with Garfield being it's current Mayor. He and Bruce Wayne seem to have a lengthy history dating back to when Bruce was a kid. However, Garfield, like many of his ancestors, was born with the twisted mind of a psychopath and ruled his city with a terrorist police force known as "The Fireflies", him being their leader known as "the Firefly". When he meets Dexter Dent/The Joker after the bonfire of Gotham as it would be known, he joined Dexter in his plans to create a new Gotham in his own image, Lynns wanting the same goal since Bludhaven is a neighbouring city next to Gotham.
