Fan Casting "A doctor gone mad" in Batman: The Hush of Fear

At the end of the second movie, there is a Post-Credits scene, where we cut to a hospital that was previously attacked by Deathstroke in the first movie. We see a woman with blonde hair walking towards a man who is currently having his lower jaw surgically sewed back onto his face after losing it to Slade Wilson by a couple of rogue doctors who survived Deathstroke's bloodbath. She kneels down next to him, and says: "Are you ready, Arthur?" Before the movie ends on a cliffhanger.
