Fan Casting The Penguin in Batman: The Caped Crusader

A deformed killer from a freak show who has been committing robberies in Gotham. He was thrown into the sewers as a newborn due to his appearance and raised by penguins. When Carmine Falcone discovers that Cobblepot comes from a wealthy but bankrupt Gotham family, he uses Cobblepot as a political puppet, pitting him against Harvey Dent in the election. He dresses elegantly and flamboyantly, but is brutal and animalistic, with sadistic tendencies toward cruelty, torture, and an obsession with penguins due to their appearance. He also has a personal collection of exotic marine animals and umbrellas.
