Character Description

A geneticist who, while trying to cure his daughter's deafness years ago, created a serum that mixed human and bat DNA, transforming him into Man-Bat, but was defeated by Batman years ago. He and his family are kidnapped by the same criminal group that is trafficking metahumans in Gotham and is handed over to the League of Assassins to replicate their serum.
