Dumfrey & Deever Tweed, better known as Tweedledum & Tweedledee, are supporting antagonists of Batman / Superman: World's Finest. They are two infamous criminals who both work for the Mad Hatter and continue to assist both him and the Joker while in Metropolis, and as such, come into conflict with Batman.
