Dr. Jervis Tetch, also known as the Mad Hatter, is a supporting antagonist in Batman / Superman: World's Finest. He is a former Wayne Enterprises employee as well as a brilliant, yet delusional neuroscientist obsessed with Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland. He, along with his henchmen Tweedledum and Tweedledee, aids the Joker and Harley in their plans to wipe out both Batman and Superman.
