Fan Casting Harley Quinn in Batman / Superman: World's Finest (1994)

Dr. Harleen Quinzel, or more well known as Harley Quinn, is the secondary antagonist of Batman / Superman: World's Finest. A former psychiatrist at Arkham Asylum, who has been twisted into becoming the giddy, violent and totally unpredictable henchwoman and lover of the Joker. She assists him in his plan to kill both Batman and Superman.
