As political pressure increases to establish a system of accountability due to the collateral damage caused by the Justice League, the new status quo creates a significant divide among team members whilst also being caused by former forensic scientist, the manipulative Edward Nygma. Both Batman and Superman are forced to face off against as each team are faced with the difficult decision of choosing a side.
