Suggested by bighero616

Set in the present day, Bruce has been Batman for over a decade, and Jason Todd has been Robin for about two years. After working with Superman to defeat Amazo and joining the other heroes to form the Justice League to defeat Steppenwolf, Bruce returns his attention to his mission: protecting Gotham. Together with Robin, they investigate a series of disappearances of young women, which seemed to lead nowhere, until they manage to connect it to a series of robberies where the assailants don't remember committing the crimes or why, in addition to a crime scene that seems to recreate a scene from Alice in Wonderland. During the case, Bruce worries about what the violence of his job and of Gotham might do to his protégé, seeing how Jason begins to behave.
