A twisted, demented serial killer on a seemingly random killing spree in Gotham City. Like Bruce Wayne, Zsasz lost his parents when he was just a boy, but the tragedy affected him much differently, eventually molding him into a sadistic murderer with no morals and no sympathy for his victims. With Batman just recently becoming the protector of Gotham, Zsasz wants to create chaos and play a deadly game of cat-and-mouse with the Caped Crusader, while also targeting Clayton Troy and Gary Hoover, the two candidates in the upcoming mayoral election. Zsasz's body is covered in tally marks he carves into his skin with a knife, each one representing a victim he has killed.
