Fan Casting "The District Attorney" in Batman: No Time To Freeze

After the credits, we cut to the faraway city of Bludhaven, where we see a female doctor of some sorts walking towards a man looking out the window. She then asks, "Do you think you have been healed for long enough, Mr. Dent?" The man turns to face her, revealing the face of a horrifically burned and scarred Dexter Dent, who everyone believed had died in the near-destructive explosion and flood of Gotham City. Dexter replies, "Yes, m'lady." After killing her, he then dips two fingers in her wound, and writes words on the window backwards, then begins laughing hysterically, as the screen cuts to what he wrote, which says, "Why so serious, Batman...?" in a bloody print.
