Timothy Leonard Dalton Leggett (born March 21, 1946) is a British actor. He gained international prominence as the fourth actor to portray fictional secret agent James Bond in the Eon Productions film series, starring in The Living Daylights (1987) and Licence to Kill (1989). Beginning his career on stage, he made his film debut as Philip II of France in the 1968 historical drama The Lion in Winter. He took roles in the period films Wuthering Heights (1970), Cromwell (1970), and Mary, Queen of Scots (1971). Dalton also appeared in the films Flash Gordon (1980), The Rocketeer (1991), Looney Tunes: Back in Action (2003), Hot Fuzz (2007) and The Tourist (2010). On television, Dalton played Mr. Rochester in the BBC serial Jane Eyre (1983), Rhett Butler in the CBS miniseries Scarlett (1994), Rassilon in the BBC One sci-fi series Doctor Who (2009–2010), Sir Malcolm Murray on the Showtime horror drama Penny Dreadful (2014–2016), and the Chief on the DC Universe / HBO Max superhero series Doom Patrol (2019–2021). He portrayed Peter Townsend in the fifth season of The Crown.

Shortly after the previous season, as Damian Wayne made his big comeback to town, the Batman had to face another less enviable return: that of Count Destruction. He must also manage the F.B.I., in particular agent Isabelle Basset, a seasoned woman who will understand that her agency is not as straight as she thought. While Noomi, who has become the new Batgirl with Oracle's blessing, goes to find a friend in the streets to help her become a new vigilante to help her. Then, our heroes will have to face the return of the Liberty Soldier, who no longer works alone, being in reality in the plants of Calendar Man, one of the escapees from Arkham, who has got back into shape and is more dangerous than ever so he's about to hit on St. Patrick's Day ! In the Carpathian Range, Ra's Al Ghul's last defenses crumble against his son's troops, Yushiro defeating him in single combat before taking his title... but Bane suddenly reveals himself and easily lowers him after taking advantage of the situation, becoming the new Ra's Al Ghul, Lazarus seeming ready to help him as he is already preparing to strengthen the League for an upcoming war with Gotham ! Finally, Batman and the Joker are captured in order to be taken to the Queen of Hearts and her accomplices, in order to reveal to them his true intentions for them, but nothing will happen as she planned, which could all the same change things in town...
