A month after the events of the previous season, the Count Destruction returns to Gotham and our heroes must stop him. To do so, they can count on a newcomer in town, the Swedish Noomi Hendrikson, former member of the League of Assassins, who is looking for Yushiro Al Ghul, who would be in contact with the Count, and who would like to become someone better. She will prove her goodwill by preferring to save Claudia rather than seize the opportunity to stop Bauer, while the latter uses a new serum on Jack Ryder, who was researching him, changing him into a Creeper. Then the heroes will have to face the Brotherhood of Manhunters again, which has another member among them, in addition to targeting someone else very dangerous.
