Batman is pitted against a mysterious figure who is rubbing out Gotham’s most Dangerous Criminals, who many believe is the caped crusader himself. Meanwhile, Batman’s Alter Ego, Bruce Wayne is about to get married to Andrea Beaumont, so one would think his crime fighting days are soon to be numbered.
