Alexander "Alex" Proyas (born 23 September 1963) is an Australian filmmaker. He is best known for directing the films The Crow (1994), Dark City (1998), I, Robot (2004), Knowing (2009), and Gods of Egypt (2016).
Batman & Robin encounter a new threat in Gotham as a former Cryogenic scientist that was believed to be dead , returns as the cold hearted Mr Freeze who is looking for revenge. Alongside Freeze he is joined by the beautiful but deadly Poison Ivy and the ferious Killer Croc. The Dynamic Duo are assisted by a new Crimefighter known as Batgirl.
