The Arkham Asylum is a place where most Batman villains are. When Joker escapes from there, he goes after Amanda Waller to help his other friends escape like Riddler, Killer Croc, Harley Quinn and Mr. Freeze. This case will need Batman. But when Rumi Mori, a drug dealer begin to race with Falcone to became the "King of Gotham", Batman will need Bruce Wayne too to save Gotham from all this madness. James Gordon will need to help Batman too in the meantime because a mysterious woman which like cats became back.
