The city of Gotham is threatened by two villains: 'Two-Face' and a psychopath called 'The Riddler' who has invented a bizarre device that allows the brain waves of human beings to be absorbed. Both will unite to achieve their goals.
Note: Do not cast the actors who are currently portraying these characters. So no Battinson or Paul Dano.
