A schizophrenic and delusional patient at Arkham Asylum who served as a guinea pig for Crane and his fear toxin and now lives in a constant delusion that he is in Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland. He kidnaps children on Halloween night using his hypnosis technology for his tea party, including Barbara Gordon.
