Toshiyuki Morikawa is a Japanese voice actor. He was formerly affiliated with Arts Vision until he co-founded his own talent agency Axl One in 2011.
Because of his deep voice, he is often cast as imposing characters.
In this second season of this anime adaptation it is Bruce Wayne’s second year of crime fighting as the Batman and more enemies taking on different monikers and identities of their own start to pop up including one whose real name remains unknown becomes his most challenging adversary yet.
