Months after the whole Penguin fiasco, Bruce Wayne is trying to do everything he can to earn the trust of Gotham City as Batman. However, strange occurrences happen in the city as citizens begin to hallucinate such nightmarish entities. Bruce decides to take it upon himself to solve who is doing this and how to stop it.
