An intelligent, homicidal psychopath with a mysterious past. His skin is completely white. Joker thinks of Batman as his rival, his other half, as two sides of the same coin, tragedy and comedy. He uses the disguise of Mr. White. His base of operations is the old Amusement Mile. He also suffers from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. His purpose in life is to prove that everyone is like him, all it takes is one bad day.
