A sociopath with a degree in psychiatry and advanced chemistry. His abusive father, Gerald Crane, was a small-time drug dealer for the Falcone family. As a child, he suffered physical and psychological attacks from his father and served as a subject in his studies on fear in the human brain, in addition to being severely bullied at school, which led him to poison his classmates with an improved version of his father's toxin, at the prom, placing the blame for the attack on Gerald, who was imprisoned in Arkham. Today he works as a psychiatrist in Arkham, while planning to poison Gotham.
