Character Description

While Batman, Robin, and Catwoman were dealing with Poison Ivy, Deathstroke, and Hush, Black Mask sent Deadshot to break Harley Quinn out of Arkham Asylum very quitely and descretely, knowing full well she'll be useful to his plans of taking over Gotham through a show of physical and political force, promising her that he would avenge the death of Arthur Fleck with the fall of Batman.
