A decade of corporate reform has reshaped Gotham City. With Bruce Wayne incarcerated, Derek Powers of Gotham Motors now controls the Wayne legacy, repurposing its assets to overhaul the city's infrastructure and the GTO. While official crime statistics have plummeted, a new vigilante wearing the cape and cowl now patrols the streets. From his cell, Bruce recognizes this new Batman as a profound threat, a symbol that must be permanently dismantled. To achieve this, he is forced to reach out to a figure from his past: Jason Todd, the first to bear the title of Robin.
