Fan Casting Jim Gordon in Batman: Avenger of The Fallen

In this universe, because Batman became more violent with his ways of thinking, he was able to save the life of Jim Gordon before the Riddler could kill him with a C4 by taking it off his chest and throwing it across the road as it exploded there. This allowed Jim to live through the entirety of Phase I of the saga in the original timeline, and therefore, he remains Commissioner in this alternate universe.
