Lucius Fox
for Lucius Fox in Batman: Arkham - Episode 4: GCPD Lockdown
Suggested by johnmaximus

Months after the events of Arkham Knight, Nightwing continues to protect Blüdhaven, as he promised Bruce. He breaks into a Penguin base, and after interrogating one of the henchmen, discovers that a plan to free the Penguin is already underway. Heading to the GCPD, he defeats henchmen on the roof, and installs a remote access device so that Lucius Fox can see the damage done. He discovers that Penguin is trapped in the elevator without power, which has been cut off by his henchmen. Nightwing defeats henchmen in the building. As Dick arranges the wires, Lucius informs him that he and Dick have received greetings from the now-married Tim and Barbara. Lucius informs him that two helicopters are landing on the roof to rescue The Penguin. Nightwing once again defeats them all, and traps The Penguin once more. Cash says they could rebuild the batsignal, this time with a new symbol. Nightwing thanks him, but declines the offer, saying that the city is already in good hands.
