Suggested by johnmaximus

Prior to the events at Arkham Asylum, The Joker kidnapped Commissioner Gordon and his colleagues in the GCPD, and held them hostage at Seagate Amusement Park, threatening to kill them if he saw Batman. Batgirl and Robin join forces to save the hostages. They break into the park, even after The Joker uses a rocket launcher to blow up one of the gondolas. Batgirl locates hostages trapped in the park's various attractions. Robin focuses on locating Gordon. Batgirl rescues all the hostages, and is informed by Robin that there are caches of explosives, which they diffuse. The Joker says that he planned this operation to help Batman cure his "baby-brain" by killing the members of the Bat Family. Robin tracks down Gordon's location, and they make their way to a large tent, where The Joker and his gang are waiting for them. Batgirl and Robin defeat the henchmen, and together they defeat Harley Quinn and The Joker. The GCPD team breaks in to arrest them, but Joker takes Harley hostage, and walks to the edge, parachuting into the water, leaving Harley to be arrested. Robin tries to confess his feelings to Batgirl, but is stopped by Gordon. When the commissioner is distracted, the two disappear. Gordon says that some things run in the family as he watches the horizon.
