Character Description

Dick arrives in New York to visit Barbara Gordon. However, he is not the only one to arrive in the city. Harvey Dent, Two-Face, also moved there after fleeing Gotham. Years ago, the two faced each other, shortly after Harvey Dent assumed the moniker of Two-Face and Dick of Robin.
