Following the events of the return of Ra’s Al Ghul, Hugo Strange creates a great plan to get vengeance on Batman by releasing Arkham Asylum’s most dangerous criminals on to Gotham City. Alongside assassins, serial killers and traitors, Bruce also deals with a foe he thought died a long time ago.
