In this universe, Thomas Wayne, Jr. is not a variant of Batman from another Earth, but instead the true biological brother of Bruce Wayne. When he was born, he didn't cry as a baby, nor made any signs of life, so he was placed where all dead babies go in a special room in the hospital. However, Thomas, who was secret discovered to be alive without the knowledge of the Waynes, was handed over to the Clayde family, who raised him as one of their children named Jason Clayde. Eventually, he would learn who he really was and murdered his parents and siblings with the help of his butler, Baneyon Todd, and became Owlman, the head of The Court of Owls.
