Fan Casting The Penguin in Batman and Robin: The Brave and the Bold

A sadistic psychopath, mobster and drug dealer with physical deformities who is Gotham's main arms dealer and owns a nightclub that is a front for his criminal operations, the Iceberg Club. He also has several exotic pets, including a shark (which he feeds with his enemies), walruses, various birds and his favorite, the penguins. Due to his deformed appearance and his love for penguins, he has been given the nickname Penguin. His look is inspired by Penguin from Batman: Returns (1992). He is the new partner of El Penitente.
