After defeating the Mad Hatter and Black Mask II, Bruce Wayne has noticed that he may face one of his worst enemies yet. A cloaked, grim-reaper-like figure known only as ''the Phantasm'' has emerged to take Gotham City as their kingdom of death, and now, being caught in a race against time alongside the Joker, Batman and the Batfamily must put an end to this threat before it can grow larger.
