Iain Alan Sutherland Glen (born 24 June 1961) is a Scottish actor. Glen is best known for his roles as Dr. Alexander Isaacs/Tyrant in three films of the Resident Evil film series (2004–2016) and as Ser Jorah Mormont in the HBO fantasy television series Game of Thrones (2011–2019). Other notable roles include John Hanning Speke in Mountains of the Moon (1990), Larry Winters in Silent Scream (1990) for which he won the Silver Bear for Best Actor from the Berlin International Film Festival, Manfred Powell in Lara Croft: Tomb Raider (2001), Brother John in Song for a Raggy Boy (2003), the title role in Jack Taylor (2010–2016), Sir Richard Carlisle in Downton Abbey (2011), James Willett in Eye in the Sky (2015), Bruce Wayne in Titans (2019–2021), Magnus MacMillan in The Rig (2023–present), and Dr. Pete Nichols in Silo (2023–present). After the events of Justice League Bruce realises how much easier crime fighting would be if he had a partner so him and Alfred do extensive research on possible, but he can't choose one because they all have their flaws that could be a possible weakness. At a loss Alfred convinces him to take a break giving him two tickets to the circus he reluctantly decides to go with his partner reporter Vicki Vale. They then announce that The Flying Grayson's will be attempting The Flight of Death the most difficult and dangerous manoeuvre acrobats could attempt but Luckly they had the support net but unluckily that net was broken subsequently leading to the demise of all but one of the flying Greyson's a young now orphaned boy named Dick as Bruce relates to this boy he decides to adopt him and after seeing his impressive skills he decides to take him on a sidekick together they discovered that the support net had been tampered with after more detective work it leads them to a mob boss named Tony Zucco and the partners work together to take him down as a celebration Bruce gives Dick an official suit and a name and from that day forward the Batman and Robin where the protectors of Gotham for many years to come.
