Frank Vincent (August 4, 1939 - September 13, 2017) was an American actor, musician, author and entrepreneur. He was a favorite performer of director Martin Scorsese, having played important roles in three of Scorsese's most acclaimed films: Raging Bull (1980), Goodfellas (1990) and Casino (1995). He often played a gangster and worked both in features and television. He also lent his voice talents to video games. He played the New York Boss Phil Leotardo in the HBO series The Sopranos. The skies grew dark and the winds are blowing fast as the dusk of the day falls into the shivering cold night at the city of Gotham. The City of Darkness, protected by it's vigilante hero dressed in black, The Caped Crusader, The Batman. Through his strong and firm co-operation with the Gotham Police Department, the Batman, the GCPD and the new young District Attorney Harvey Dent who promised for the city's future have brought light and hope into the city's impenetrable darkness and high crime rate. However, things would mostly turn around, as a new threat comes in town, when the two crime families of Maroni and Falcone come into conflict in a bloody gang war at the streets of Gotham, as Gotham faces it's biggest and largest crime and homicidal spree yet. Together, Harvey Dent, Commissioner Gordon, and The Batman must work together to stop the impending crime bounding at Gotham and shed hope once again to eliminate crime.
