When Dick Grayson learns that Oswald Cobblepot has plans to create a "crime gang" more than he already haves in Bludheavën, is only a matter time to Dick solve this. In meantime, in Gotham Bruce Wayne; the Batman is trying to resolve a lot of puzzles by The Riddler, and Dick and Bruce paths will unite one more time to save Gotham and Bludheavën.
