Character Description

Lucy is the younger sister of Harley Quinn. They have minimal contact, as Lucy disagrees with Harley's criminal tendencies and stays away from Gotham city. However, when Harley was pregnant, Lucy and her husband took her in and agreed to look after the babies so that they would be safe from the Joker. She plays a very minimal role on the show.
