DeObia Oparei (born 7 December 1971) is a British actor and playwright. He is best known for his roles as the Gunner in Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides (2011), Rongo in Dumbo (2019), and as Boastful Loki in Loki (2021).
Riot starts in Arkham Asylum and sections of it get conqured by different inmates in hoping to kill the Batman. Batman has to put stop to some of his most dangerous villains with help from his old sidekick Nightwing and find out who let all the inmates loose.
