Mark Donald Steger (born January 16, 1962) is an American actor, performance artist, and choreographer. He is known for Stranger Things (2016), Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark (2019) and The Pact (2012).
Bat-Cow is a supporting character in the popular "Batman" series of DC comics, having been a cow destined for slaughter until she was rescued by Damian Wayne, who would declare himself a vegetarian and renamed the cow "Bat-Cow" : keeping her as his pet.
