Toon City is an animation studio from Manila, Philippines, founded in 1993 and whose primary contractor is The Walt Disney Company, and its Disneytoon Studios division. It worked on almost every recent animated Disney television series, such as Kim Possible and Brandy & Mr. Whiskers.
This is my idea for a Barney film where the tone is more on par with My Neighbor Totoro, Pete's Dragon (2016), Christopher Robin, etc., it's better written, it fixes the problems that everyone had with Barney and the show, and is targeted not only to young children but to all ages as well.
