After her husband Mister Miracle dies, a grief-stricken Big Barda uses a Mother Box to bring a new version of her husband into existence and recreate the town of Happy Harbor as a sitcom-based world, allowing them to continue the decades they lived together as refugees on Earth. Meanwhile, the D.E.O. sets up operations outside Happy Harbor to investigate Barda's activity.
