My predictions for Avengers 5 is that Kang the Conqueror is going to be the main antagonist, Spider-Man, Falcon, and possibly Scarlet Witch will get the most attention in this movie. If you feel like adding Guardians of the Galaxy characters or other characters who are introduced in Phase Four, feel free to do so.
