Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist who currently stars in The Cleveland Show. He is also well known for being the voice of Enclave communications officer and Tartarus in the video games Fallout 2 and Halo 2.
Kang the Conqueror has been completely reborn, and finally managed to revive all the villains to once again invade the earth. The Avengers team will have to come together again to once again confront these villains.
