Iain Alan Sutherland Glen (born 24 June 1961) is a Scottish actor. Glen is best known for his roles as Dr. Alexander Isaacs/Tyrant in three films of the Resident Evil film series (2004–2016) and as Ser Jorah Mormont in the HBO fantasy television series Game of Thrones (2011–2019). Other notable roles include John Hanning Speke in Mountains of the Moon (1990), Larry Winters in Silent Scream (1990) for which he won the Silver Bear for Best Actor from the Berlin International Film Festival, Manfred Powell in Lara Croft: Tomb Raider (2001), Brother John in Song for a Raggy Boy (2003), the title role in Jack Taylor (2010–2016), Sir Richard Carlisle in Downton Abbey (2011), James Willett in Eye in the Sky (2015), Bruce Wayne in Titans (2019–2021), Magnus MacMillan in The Rig (2023–present), and Dr. Pete Nichols in Silo (2023–present). S1-E4: Assembled As Thor and Tony meet for the first time in 20 years, Max, Monty, Hannah, Maggie and Jordan meet. Monty and Hannah get quite close while Jordan tells them all about his fascination with The Avengers since he was a kid. Thor reveals to Tony he believes that Loki has returned and Tony nearly has a panic attack. Tony and Thor explain to the younger ones how 20 years ago, Loki attempted to commence Ragnarok which turned into a violent battle. As the Avengers nearly faced failure and the apocalypse neared, Captain America sacrificed his life to kill Loki and end Ragnarok. Since Steve Rogers' death, The Avengers' became traumatized and dispersed to make every second of their life matter. Tony and Thor agree to reassemble the Avengers and travel to Asgard to discover more and stop Ragnarok from happening.
