James "Scooter" Tidwell is an American animation director. He was working on G.I. Joe: Renegades, and he was also a director on Ben 10. Much of his previous experience in animation is as a storyboard artist on shows including Teen Titans, The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, and Batman: The Brave and the Bold.
In Brooklyn (New York, USA), after an attack of unknown origin occurred. Tony decides to bring all his heroes back to the team, and find the information of this attack. However, he does not suspect what challanges & missions await him.
