The six nations used to live in harmony, but one day the Fire Nation attacked. The Avatar, the master of all four elements, was the only one that could stop them, but he vanished when the world needed him most. After 100 years, Katara and her brother Sokka find the new Avatar, an Airbender named Aang, trapped in an iceberg. Zuko, the prince of the Fire Nation, gives chase to the three kids who try to make their way to the Northern Water Tribe so Aang and Katara can learn waterbending.
